ACCESS-3DP is a transnational project funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union.

The project aims at taking Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing) as a new, disruptive technology under the umbrella of Advanced Manufacturing in order to set out frameworks to train and upskill workers in the craft and creative industries.

It is implemented by 5 different organisations in France, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain.

3D printers for bakery products in France

3Desserts Graphiques is a French company that has been created in 2016. It is specialized in the development and distribution of 3D printers certified to the EU standards for the food sector, and more specifically for bakery products.

The company designs, manufactures and distributes 3D printers that are produced locally in France and that are adapted to the needs of a wide range of professionals: pastry chefs, chocolate makers, caterers, hotel management schools, event companies, etc.

3Desserts Graphiques recently developed a new printer called “L’impressionnante” which is a digital pastry bag that allows the personalization of decorations on desserts or sculptures.
